HogaRES: Project that transforms lives in three communities of San Antonio, Suchitepéquez

The HogaRES project was launched Last Thursday, September 5 in three communities of San Antonio, Suchitepéquez: Concepción Ixtacapa sector La Conformidad, Concepción Ixtacapa sector Sajquí and Aldea Margaritas del Rosario.

This project will benefit 50 families in the region, significantly improving their quality of life.

HogaRES is developed through a tripartite partnership that unites the efforts of different actors.

Agreca donates essential materials such as cement, pebbles, sand and rules for the formwork.

The Municipality of San Antonio provides skilled labor and transportation to move the materials to the communities.

The benefitted families participate by providing unskilled labor and are actively involved in the construction of their homes.

This project is a clear example of how collaboration between the private sector, local authorities and the community can generate a positive impact, offering a dignified and safe home to the families in these communities.
